摘 要:为改变我国鲜活贝类前处理加工以人工作业为主、生产效率和品质较低的现状,以文蛤为研究对象,通过对物理参数的测量,分析文蛤的生物学特性,确定文蛤个体长度为分级参数,对文蛤在不同形式分级后的损伤率和成活率进行堆积摩擦试验,并进行跌落撞击理论计算,在此基础之上确定文蛤分级设备的主要技术参数,设计研制滚筒式和振动式两种文蛤分级设备。研究表明,文蛤分级设备的设计,在结构和形式上应最大程度地减少文蛤处理过程中的损伤。比如可在水中进行分级。

Experimental study on clam grading and design of clam grader

Abstract: Presently live shellfish are manually pre-processed without good quality and high efficiency. In order to develop equipment utilized in shellfish pre-processing, immersed calm graders are designed in this work. Biological characteristics of clam are studied to choose clam length as grading parameter; and on the basis of grading experiments, main technical parameters of roller and vibrate clam graders are determined. The immersed clam graders are expected to keep high shellfish survival ratio during pre-processing.
