摘 要:研究使用外源激素诱导法所得的云纹石斑雄鱼和雌鱼作为试验用鱼。亲鱼经营养强化后,进行人工催产和采卵授精,受精率达68.5%~83.2 %。研究结果表明该鱼受精卵在水温20~22℃、盐度28~31‰、pH 7.9~8.0的外界水环境下, 44 h后孵化出仔鱼,孵化率为76%~91%;初孵仔鱼经56 d培育,完全变态成为幼鱼。在试验中收集到人工授精上浮好卵(受精24 h后)9.6kg,共获>3 cm的云纹石斑鱼苗23万尾,成活率为1.5%。本研究结果将为云纹石斑鱼在我国大规模人工繁育提供数据和奠定基础。

Research on scale manual reproduction techniques of Epinephelus moara

Abstract: The paper illustrates the studies on manual reproduction techniques of Epinephelus moara. Parent fish through enriching nutriments, artificially induced spawning and fertilizing, the fertilization was 68.5%~83.2%. After 44h, the fertilized eggs hatched out under conditions of water temperature 20~22℃, salinity28~31, pH7.9~8.0.And the hatching rate was 76%~91%. After 56 days, the larvae metamorphosed into juvenile. After 24h fertilization, 9.6kg floating fertilized eggs were collected and 230 thousand fries of Epinephelus moara over 3cm of total length were produced. The survival rate was 1.5%.
