摘要:2005—2008年,在舟山海域银鲳繁殖季节(4—5月),随流刺网或张网捕鱼船出海,捕捞性腺成熟的银鲳,进行人工授精和孵化。人工授精试验采用干法、湿法和半干法,比较受精率和孵化率。通过4年连续测量银鲳成熟卵的卵径和油球径等形态指标,对卵子成熟度质量进行判别,在水温16.0~18.5℃、盐度28.0±0.5的条件下进行孵化。结果表明,以干法受精后间隔3~5min水洗和半干法受精的方法受精率最高,受精率达18.50%~33.50%,最高达40%;孵化率达到43.83%~51.00%,最高达66%。银鲳成熟卵子的卵径为(1.368±0.082)mm,油球径为(0.550±0.031)mm,油球1个。对影响海捕银鲳亲体受精率和孵化率的环境条件也进行了讨论。

Artificial insemination and incubation of silver pomfret(Pampus argenteus)from Zhoushan fishing ground

Abstract: Ripe silver pomfret (male and female) were caught by gill net in the waters of Zhoushan, Zhejiang, at the spawning season (April to May) in 2005 and 2008. Eggs and milt were gently squeezed from female and male silver pomfret immediately after capturing. Artificial fertilization experiments were conducted by means of dry, semi-dry and wet method, respectively, and the consequent fertilization and hatching rate were compared. The egg maturity quality was discriminated by the morphological parameters, such as the diameter of egg and oil globule. The fertilized eggs were hatched out under the condition of 16.0℃~18.5℃ water temperature and 28.0±0.5 salinity. The results showed that high fertilization rate, ranging from 18.50%-33.50%, was carried out using dry and semi-dry method, and the highest fertilization rate was 40%. Hatching rate ranged from 43.83% to 51.00%, and the highest was 66%. The mature egg of silver pomfret, with average diameter 1.368±0.082 mm, has one oil globule, and the diameter of oil globue was 1.368±0.082 mm. In addition, the environmental condition affecting the fertilization and hatching rate of silver pomfret brood stocks was also discussed in this paper.
