摘要:进行5种水产消毒剂:氯氰菊酯、三氯异氰尿酸、高锰酸钾、溴氯海因、二氧化氯对中华哲水蚤的急性毒性试验,得出5种水产消毒剂对中华哲水蚤的24 h、48 h的半致死质量浓度(LC50)和安全质量浓度。试验结果表明,5种水产消毒剂对中华哲水蚤的毒性由强到弱依次为:氯氰菊酯>三氯异氰尿酸>高锰酸钾>溴氯海因>二氧化氯;对中华哲水蚤安全质量浓度依次分别为0.02 mL•L-1、0.05 mg•L-1、0.06 mg•L-1、0.19 mg•L-1、0.30 mg•L-1。试验取得较好效果,为正确合理使用该类药物提供参考依据。

Acute Toxicity of Five Fishery Disinfectants to Calanidae Sinicus

Abstract: Calanus sinicus is a good natural diet to fish and other animals, In order to avoid the impact of pathogens,frequent disinfection is often used during the process of nurturing and feeding.Acute toxicity tests of five common fishery disinfectants:Cypermethrin,Trichloroacetic acid,KMnO4,1-bromo-3-chloro-5,5-diemthyl hydantoin,Chlorine dioxide to Calanidae Sinicus were studied in this paper. Five common fishery disinfectants 24 hLC50, 48 hLC50 and the safe concentration to Calanidae Sinicus were drown respectively.The results show that: acute toxicity of five common fishery disinfectants to Calanidae Sinicus from strong to weak order were Cypermethrin>Trichloroacetic acid(TCCA)>KMnO4>1-bromo-3-chloro-5,5-diemthyl hydantoin>Chlorine dioxide. Safety concentrations were 0.02 mL•L-1,0.05 mg•L-1,0.06 mg•L-1,0.19 mg•L-1,0.30 mg•L-1 respectively.Good results achieved in the experiment, reasonable for the correct use of reference for such drugs.
